(1)I will schedule calls for 50 minutes or for 25 minutes, unless I can schedule them for less than 25 minutes. (2)I will start and end meetings on time. I will have an agenda with items sorted by priority. (3)As long as I have authority, I will request incoming meeting requests to align with the first two rules. (4)I understand at times, I may not have the authority or feel comfortable to drive the change.
